At FitRoutine, we want to make sure you can easily follow your order from the moment it ships to the moment it arrives at your door.
Tracking Confirmation
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. This link allows you to follow the status of your delivery in real time.
Tracking Delays
Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. Some carriers may experience delays in updating tracking scans.
If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days, or if you believe your order is lost, please contact us for assistance.
